Hey guys..sori for not updating for so long..was so busy until got no time no on the lappy..hmph..Let's elaborate abt d past few days..
Monday(19 July 2010)
Today was my first day at Ward 46..had orientation at 8am..The nurse educator was quite frenly..She told us abt the rules & regulation..we also went to meet the SNM..She was very straight forward..she advise us wat to do & wat not to do..she seems like a bit strict..after lunch,we assisted the staff in the routine..my patients seems ok...got none on drip..hmph..watever we do, the staff need to guide us..I hope I will be comfortable working in tis ward..:)

Today was my first morning shift in the ward...The staff in-charge was very frenly & willing to teach me.."Thankz Staff"..did a few skills with the staff bt kene scold by teacher coz all tat not important...fuck sia...take time lh..haiyo..she tink like very easy sia...I really hope by next week, I cn get the skills sign..
