Hey guys..sori for not updating for so long..was so busy until got no time no on the lappy..hmph..Let's elaborate abt d past few days..
Monday(19 July 2010)
Today was my first day at Ward 46..had orientation at 8am..The nurse educator was quite frenly..She told us abt the rules & regulation..we also went to meet the SNM..She was very straight forward..she advise us wat to do & wat not to do..she seems like a bit strict..after lunch,we assisted the staff in the routine..my patients seems ok...got none on drip..hmph..watever we do, the staff need to guide us..I hope I will be comfortable working in tis ward..:)

Today was my first morning shift in the ward...The staff in-charge was very frenly & willing to teach me.."Thankz Staff"..did a few skills with the staff bt kene scold by teacher coz all tat not important...fuck sia...take time lh..haiyo..she tink like very easy sia...I really hope by next week, I cn get the skills sign..

Today was my last day at IMH....will be going to SGH next week...haiz...I dun want!!!I'm not ready yet..I will need to read up on my skills..haiz...I will miss all my cute patients at there especially Ismail..He look so young..I pity hym tat he is admitted in IMH..I feel like working there after I graduate..The staff are very frenly & willing to teach us someting..I appreciate is so much..Got two cute nurse also..hehe...I like working with them..:) I learn so many knowledge working at IMH..I dun noe how will life be in SGH on Monday..:(I went to Tamp Mall to find present for mum's day which falls today...She is already 42..old right..hehe...bt she look young...some people say she look like my sister...cool ler...:) went to Isetan to look coz gt sale...Sakinah suggested me to buy a bracelet which look nice...It is silver & gt flowers..:):) I love it so I bought it...Hope she like it..:)
Went to madrasah with my two babes..miss them sooo much...:):)they had to wait for me so long coz I was late..hehe..."Sorry ye.." went straight to class...Ustaz was welcoming us back after two weeks nvr come for class...:) so little guys came for lesson..before maghrib also got guys came..Tat guy also came..hmph..he sat in front first then I tink after he saw me then he sat behind...mepek ar..I dun want to entertain hym anymore..I have removed hym from my heart since tat dae..He dun look like a guy who hurt gals feeling bt haiz..I did not expect it to happen..I want to forget everyting abt hym..hmph..wen going back time, he walked in front of me bt I did nt bothered..

Today will be my last day in ward 45B..next wk, we will be in another ward..the patients here are frenly & active in doing any activity..They do not fight among themselves..Some of them feel shy wen I'm looking at them..:)They are very talk active bt I dun reali understand wat they say sumetime coz they only have like 2-7 teeth...:) I find some of the patients are cute & they will listen to wat the staff say...If the staff give one patient sweet, other patient will come & snatch from them..haiyo...dahsyat sey...I tink if I work here, I also cn become half crazy..:) I wonder how the staff there cn tahan wid them...haiyo.. Sumetimes I feel like applying work here bt I dun tink I cn managed it...:( I guess I will miss my cute patients when I go to the other ward..haiz...They are not irritating at all bt they teach me a lot of new tings...I appreciated it so much...

Welcome CP 2.1..Today was my first day at IMH..:) There was talk given by the SN until 10.30am...so darm bored sia...then got tea break until 11am...jus ate Biscuits & Milo...dun noe wat to eat..Had our hospital tour for 1 hour...quite big sey the place..wow...can easily get lost..It's quite a interesting place to learn abt Psychiatric..After the tour, went for our lunch...only got 1 Malay stall & not much choices...haiz...I was so excited to go to the wards...confirm fun...:) I was feeling a bit uncomfortable wen we enter the ward...the patients were all standing at d door & looking at us...:( they wanted to stand near us bt I avoid...I am not ready to be in tis kind of environment...:(:( I hope by end of tis week, I am able to suit myself to the environment.. The staff are quite frenly....They are able to protect us if anyting happen..

Hey guys...I'm back in Singapore yesterday..reached home at 4.30am yesterday..was so tired but never miss home...hmph....was missing my cute muhd syafiq at Malaysia..I dun feel like coming back..haiz...but forced to come back coz starting attachment tomorrow..I am not ready yet...I dun have the mood to go for attachment already coz my group members nvr change...haiz...I hope there wont be anymore problem tis time round..went to my aunty house at 6pm at Jurong West coz gt bdae party..left from there at 9.30pm..so many Bangla sey...haiyo...I dun like! took train all the way to Yishun...I was talking otp with someone wen tis mly Police guy seat in front of me & keep on looking at me...I feel weird...cute also ler..hehe...he wanted to smile but my dad was beside me...:):) I wanted to take his pic & show to my fren but scared ltr he suspect sumeting..haiz...He alighted at Sembawang..He even turn back & looked at me..hehe....
